New Strip 2009/2010
Saturday 20th June 2009Holmesdale would like to announce that Vandanel will be supplying the new Holmesdale FC kit for the forthcoming 2009/2010 season.
Kent League AGM
Friday 19th June 2009Following last nights AGM it has been confirmed that the Kent League Premier Division for 2009/2010 will be down to 16 teams following the promotion of VCD Athletic to Ryman Isthmian League Division 1 North and the sideways movement of Croydon to the Combined Counties League Premier Division.
Fisher FC were elected into the Kent League and will be groundsharing with Dulwich Hamlet.
Holmesdale's 2's move into the Kent League Division 1 which will consist of 11 teams.
It was also announced that Holmesdale will face Herne Bay at Oakley Road in the Premier Division Cup 1st Round, while Holmesdale 2's will travel to Lordswood for the 1st Round of the HAUC Divisions 1&2 League Cup. (Dates to be confirmed).
Greenwich Borough Welcomed To Oakley Road
Saturday 13th June 2009Holmesdale would like to announce that they have finalised an agreement with Greenwich Borough to ground share at Oakley Road for the next three seasons starting this coming season 2009/2010.
Tolfrey and Mitchell win the War!
Wednesday 10th June 2009On Sunday Ross Mitchell and Rob Tolfrey won a Keeper Wars competition hosted by Dartford FC at Princess Park to raise money for charity.
72 Keepers entered the competition from all Divisions and included The Kent League, The Rymans League and The Conference Level .
The competition involved four keepers 2 vs 2 with four minutes to score as many goals as possible with both goals being 20 yards apart.

Ross Mitchell Joins Coaching Team
Tuesday 2nd June 2009Reserve Team Goal Keeper, Ross Mitchell, is to join Holmesdale's coaching team as Goal Keeping Coach.
Ross will work alongside current coach Matt Webb until Matt undergoes his forthcoming surgery.
Together, Ross and Matt will be coaching the First Team keeper as well as the younger keepers the club are hoping to bring through.
An announcement will be made shortly as to Ross' replacement in the Reserve side and for a new First Team Keeper to replace injured Danny Harwood.
